Dear Parent/Guardians:
This fall, (NAME OF SCHOOL DISTRICT) Learning Center will be inviting a reporter from the (MEDIA SOURCE) to observe the Peer-to-Peer program in the classroom. As you are aware, this is an interactive session where students participate in a variety of activities designed to help the students relate to one another. The reporter has been invited to share with the community the success of the Peer-to-Peer program as well as encourage other groups to implement similar programs at their facilities.
The interview will take place during the school day, which means that there is a possibility your child will be included in the article and/or photos. Therefore, I am requesting your permission to include your child in this special project. Attached, please find a photo release form that must be signed prior to your student’s involvement.
